Not great smelling

I'm not really sure how to explain the smell of this product. I'm pretty sensitive to the way that facial products smell since they're literally on the face and therefore any product that has a stank to it automatically turns me off. This scent is almost like a chemical dirt combo. Definitely makes it hard to recommend. Also, although it's very thick and creamy it leaves my neck feeling a little wet and sort of sticky. My face seems to absorb it better. I haven't noticed any difference in my dark spots lightening yet, but it's only been a couple of days, so I'm guessing it'll be a while before I notice a change. And as far as breakouts go so far so good, so it's got that going for it. I just can't overcome the smell so therefore with the $$$ I cannot recommend.

My skin isn't sensitive so I'm using it well. I generally prefer light skincare, so it does feel a bit heavy for summer use

The scent and spreadability are both good. However, my skin is quite oily so I mainly use it before bed

Gentle Yet Powerful Cream That Delivers

I'm genuinely impressed with the Rothea Resilience Cream. The bakuchiol gives me the benefits of retinol without any irritatation. It feels rich but absorbs quickly, leaving my face and neck smooth, hydrated, and noticeably firmer. I've seen improvement in fine lines and overall texture after consistent use. Plus, the blend of peptides, ceramides, and niacinamide makes it feel like a complete skincare treatment in one jar. Definitely a 5-star addition to my routine!

This is my one-month review. I have oily and dehydrated-oily skin, sensitive with redness, and a lot of heat in my face, so when summer comes my skin often breaks out from the hot weather. So in summer I was often too scared to apply any skincare at all, but Rothea's reviews were so good and watching the country manager's YouTube gave me an inexplicable trust, so I bought it and applied it consistently. After washing, I lightly prep my face with toner and then apply it to my neck and face — when I touch my cheeks I can feel my skin texture has become softer. And since it's a cream texture, I worried it might be somewhat heavy for oily skin, or that with so many good ingredients the nourishment would be excessive and cause breakouts, but so far I'm using it happily without a single small pimple

I like the newly changed container even more because it's smaller. It's convenient and nice to carry when I go work out
