They say it helps with skin regeneration like retinol,. but it doesn't contain the ingredients that are bad for pregnant women like retinol does, so it's okay to use. Good spreadability and smooth. It's a somewhat thick cream feel like snail cream, but when applying to my face it felt like well-melted butter. My skin is normally so resilient that I don't feel irritation from anything, but since becoming pregnant I've gotten more sensitive, and around my nose and upper lip it stung a bit. I think that's because I blow my nose often from pregnancy rhinitis, so there was friction in that area. It stayed moisturized until the next day? Rather than being moist from a burst of hydration, my skin maintained a state of not being dry underneath, which was nice. I think it'll last longer than expected. A little covers your whole face. When you scoop it with your fingers it's like butter, but when applying to skin it spreads like oil so a small amount spreads well. The first time I used it I scooped way too much and applied it down to my neck

Good spreadability, moisturizing, absorbs well — it's truly the best!! No breakouts either~ I have combination dehydrated-oily skin and there's no facial tightness. The best!!
