Rothea was founded in 2024. The name comes from Dorothea, the founder’s younger sister, who has special needs. The founder grew up watching his mother devote herself to caring for Dorothea with unwavering love. As the founder recalls, his mother “set aside her own ambitions to dedicate her life to caring for Dorothea.” This selfless act of parenting left a deep impression. Rothea was created to honor that dedication and to remind all parents that they deserve care and love, too.

From Family Story to Skincare Brand
The journey began at home. The founder’s mother spent years putting her children’s needs before her own, especially focusing on Dorothea’s well-being.
